How do I contact you?
Our office is open M-F, 10am to 4pm, Pacific time. Contact us for any support or customer service at . Please include your order id number if possible. 


What method do you use for shipping?
We use various carriers for all Priority and Ground shipping. Your package will be shipped within 24 hours, unless otherwise notified. Please note that an order we receive on Friday may not be fulfilled until Monday. International customers must choose international standard shipping. International customers must be aware that your customs duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery. This is the customer's responsibility. If the package is returned because it is refused or duties are not paid, the customer will be charged shipping fees. 
Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on items we ship to you.


What type of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.


What is your return policy?
We will gladly refund  within 60 days of receipt of your order. We do not refund shipping or handling charges.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of our receiving your return.
